What is Sentinel 365°?

Subscription AI security software that connects to your Reolink cameras and helps explain what they see. Instead of "motion detected," it gives plain-English alerts, lets you search footage by description, and answers questions like "did anyone come to the door?" It works for homes and businesses and can run locally/self-hosted or in our secure cloud.

Does it work with my existing cameras?

It works with Reolink cameras today, and more brands over RTSP/ONVIF are coming. Use cameras you already own, or get a recommended kit through us.

Is it for homes or businesses?

Both. Homes use it for package theft, prowlers, and knowing what happened while away. Businesses use it for after-hours intrusion, theft and shrinkage, multi-site oversight, and pulling incident evidence for insurance or police in seconds.

How does pricing work?

Start with a 24-hour trial so you can see what your cameras understand before you subscribe. After that, there is a one-time setup and a simple subscription — pay monthly and cancel anytime, or save ~17% paying annually. Plans cover Sentinel software and AI features; deployment can be local/self-hosted or cloud-hosted depending on your setup.

How is it different from Ring or Vivint?

Ring and Vivint are built around their own camera/cloud ecosystems. Sentinel is software for cameras you already own: plain-English alerts, ask-anything search, and your choice of local/self-hosted or cloud-hosted AI.

Is my video processed locally or in the cloud?

Your choice. Run the AI locally/self-hosted on a small hub at your place for maximum privacy — or use our secure cloud and we handle the processing. We will recommend the best deployment for your privacy, hardware, and scale needs.
